The Happy Church - Jackson, KY
AGL Missions staff have been honored to work with Pastor Mike and his wife Connie at the Happy Church in Jackson KY. Along with their awesome staff, they minister to the children in Breathitt County through bible study, bible quizzing, teaching life skills, basic reading/math and lots of love and compassion. The church runs vans all over the county, pick the children up for each service, feed them and take them back home. They provide Thanksgiving and Christmas Meals to their families, school supplies, shoes, and clothes throughout the year. The needs continue to grow, and God continues to provide for this ministry in a mighty way.

God's Love from A Diaper Bag - Jenkins KY
Lester and Bessie McPeak have been operating this compassion ministry in Jenkins for many years. They provide services to new and expecting mothers who do not have the means to care for the newborn. Jenkins is in a very economically depressed area. A few times a year, AGL Missions gathers supplies to help this ministry out as well as leading groups to this area and holding "Community Baby Showers" for the mothers and their families. This also provides opportunities for the group to engage one on one in prayer and evangelism which has been remarkably successful in the past.
